This big ocean view home has 8 bedrooms (2 King, 4 Queen, 1 Double, and 2 Twins), with 4 full baths, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large dining room, 2 kitchen dining rooms, 2 washer/dryers, and a computer with high speed internet. The home is centrally located in a very nice neighborhood directly across the street from the ocean in between Waikiki and Hanauma Bay. There is a beautiful ocean view from the second story. From the Honolulu International Airport to the home is a 20 minute drive, Waikiki is 10 minutes, Hanauma Bay, a must see for fish and snorkeling, is 10 minutes. Sea Life Park, to see the dolphins, is just 15 minutes, and Hawaii Kai Golf Course is 15 minutes away. There are two shopping centers a 5 minute drive away with restaurants, Costco, supermarkets, and movie theaters. The entire house sleeps up to 16 guests. Sorry no pets. This is a non-smoking rental, but smoking outside is fine.

Christmas and New Year's Holiday $995 per night (10 night minimum for each)
Tax 12.96%, cleaning $500, and refundable security deposit $500
You will receive a rental agreement to sign and the deposit is $1000.
The Christmas Holiday and New Year's Holiday deposit is $2000.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
There is a full refund if you cancel 60 days prior to arrival date and
90 days prior for Christmas and New Year's Holiday dates.
